Privacy Policy - Cross Project Clone for Jira

This Privacy Policy describes how your data is handled by the Cross Project Clone for Jira app.

1. Data Collection and Storage

This app is built using the Atlassian Forge platform.

• No External Storage: This app does NOT store your Jira data on any external servers.

• Forge Infrastructure: All data processing (including the cloning of issues and attachments) is done within the Atlassian-managed infrastructure.

• No Tracking: We do not use any tracking or analytics cookies.

2. Data Usage

The app only accesses your Jira data (issues, comments, attachments, and links) for the sole purpose of performing the "Clone" operation as requested by the user.

• Cloning: Data is read from the source issue and written to the new target issue.

• Attachment Handling: The app processes attachments up to 20MB in size to perform the cloning operation. Files larger than this are skipped for performance reasons.

• Permissions: The app operates under the permissions granted to the Forge system and the individual user's authorization.

3. Data Sharing

• No Third-Party Sharing: Your data is never shared with any third-party services or stored outside of your Atlassian site.
