Terms of Service - Cross Project Clone for Jira

Welcome to Cross Project Clone for Jira. By installing and using this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Cross Project Clone for Jira provides a utility to create copies of Jira issues, including sub-tasks, comments, and attachments, within your Atlassian Cloud site.

• Attachment Limit: Due to Atlassian Forge platform constraints, only attachments up to 20MB per file will be cloned. Files exceeding this size will be skipped to ensure application stability.

2. Permitted Use

You may use this app for lawful purposes within your organization. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary permissions within Jira to read from and write to the projects you select for cloning.

3. Data Responsibility

• Content: You are responsible for the data and content being cloned. The app does not modify your data on its own; it only replicates it at your request.

• Security: Since the app runs purely on the Atlassian Forge platform, security is provided through Atlassian's infrastructure. We are not responsible for any security breaches occurring outside of our application code.

4. Licensing and Payments

• Marketplace Billing: Billing for this app is handled exclusively through the Atlassian Marketplace. You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan (Monthly/Annual).

• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Atlassian’s Marketplace refund policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty
